Based in Glasgow, Scotland and having worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years in South Africa starting as a barman and working my way up to an Area Manager for various businesses and eventually owning my own coffee shop and catering business, through all of this I have gained a huge amount of knowledge in the various sectors of this industry.
